1. Visit our Customer Services Returns page to notify us of your intention to process a return. You must do this within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Print your returns label (a fee of 2,95€ applies unless item is faulty)
3. Pack the items you wish to return with all original packaging, Bring your parcel to a local store - which store will depend on the returns service you select. This must be completed within 14 days of you notifying us of your return.
4. Once we receive your return and check its condition (please note that this can take up to 3 working days), we will process your refund. We aim to complete the return and refund within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as your original payment. Please note that it may take a few days for the payment to appear in your account, depending on your payment merchant.
